Did you receive a text message from us?  That is because most insurance benefits run on a calendar year.  These benefits do not “roll over” so if you do not use them, you lose them.  We like to send out a reminder, as well as a recommendation, to use them before you lose them!  The same applies to Health savings and Flex spending accounts.
